Real estate developer Mulberry Development, controlled by businessman Ovidiu Șandor, has obtained the building permit for the Radisson Blu hotel in Timișoara. The 160-room hotel will be completed in 2021. The hotel will be operated by the Radisson Hotel Group.
The new Radisson Blu hotel will feature, a restaurant, a roof-top bar, a fitness centre and an outdoor pool located on the top floor of the building.
The hotel will be an integral part of Mulberry's ISHO mixed-use development, comprising over 1,000 apartments and 50,000 sqm in offices.
