Mulberry Development, a real estate developer controlled by businessman Ovidiu Sandor, has announced the launch of the second phase for ISHO Offices, a mixed-use project in Timisoara.
Ovidiu Sandor will speak at the upcoming SEE Property Forum 2018.
The second phase, which will comprise 18,000 sqm of leasable space, is scheduled to be finished by Q2 2019. It will feature a coworking space and multifunctional facilities for the creative industries.
ISHO Offices will comprise 50,000 sqm of office space, to be delivered in three stages. Mulberry Development is said to have fully leased the first 15,000 sqm of office space. The first tenant will move in this June. The whole complex will be finished by 2020.
