”The analyzed data certify once again that the purchase of a property, especially when it involves a mortgage loan, is correlated with maturity and stability, both professional and at a personal level. Young people are prone to investment mistakes and choices that can hinder their professional development and implicitly their life quality,” says Alexandru Rădulescu, Managing Partner of SVN Romania | Credit & Financial Solutions.
The average value of a mortgage loan granted in Romania in the first eight months of this year was of about €62.000 according to calculations made by SVN Cred Romania based on statistics published by NBR and market data from the banking sector.
