Romanian property company Metav says that it will kick off the development of a new mixed-use scheme in Bucharest in the second half of 2022.
Metav will invest more than €120 million in the ABOVE complex that will feature apartments, commercial and service spaces. The gardens and terraces will cover 8,600 sqm and among the facilities there will be an interior pool and a fitness centre. The first phase of ABOVE will be completed by the second half of 2024.
The developer has recorded revenues worth €100 million in the past four years and is looking to start new investments in northern Bucharest. Company representatives say that the growing demand for mixed-use schemes is a feature of the market in the Romanian capital.
