Romanian developer Metav has obtained the construction permit for a new residential project in Pipera, near Bucharest, and will start the development of the project this month.
The Bellemonde project will cover 41,000 sqm and will feature 93 villas and 71 apartments. The project will be delivered in June 2026 following an investment of more than €40 million.
“Bellemonde offers enhanced security, low density, and integrates the latest sustainable technologies, as we believe that the NDA of a truly good life starts at home,” said Victor Terheș, Sales Director of Bellemonde.
The project’s facilities include vast green spaces and a 250 sqm lounge space with massage and sauna areas, coworking spaces, activities for children, and an outdoor pool.
Metav has completed several residential projects in northern Bucharest to date.
