Romanian real estate holding Meta Estate Trust has launched its own sales division under the Meta Homes brand in a bid to boost the promotion of its portfolio. The new division will also also handle the sale of residential units bought by the holding in the early phase projects.
At present, Meta Homes manages around 40 premium residential units that are completed or near completion in Bucharest and Ilfov County.
“The units in the portfolio are very attractive for both end customers and investors who want to buy a home as a rental investment,” said Oriol Casellas Deig, CEO of Meta Estate Trust.
Shares of Meta Estate Trust were flat at 0.92 lei on Monday morning trading on the AeRO platform of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
