JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Marynarska Point 2 in Warsaw. The total area of the 11-floor office building amounts to over 13,000 sqm.
Marynarska Point 2 is located in one of the most rapidly developing districts of Warsaw, which is becoming not only a convenient business district, but also an area suitable for living as well as having a range of shops, restaurants, new hotels, and other amenities. The advantage of the building is its location in the vicinity of one of the city's main thoroughfares, Marynarska Street, which offers a number of tram and bus connections in all directions. Furthermore, Warsaw Chopin Airport is only a few minutes away by car while one of Warsaw’s largest shopping centres, Galeria Mokotów, is just a ten-minute walk away.
„Recently, we have carried out a number of changes and modernizations in Marynarska Point 2 in order to adapt the building to the changing needs of tenants. As part of the revitalization of the office area, we have spaces such as the reception desk, the atrium, and elevator lobbies. The appointment of a new consulting agency responsible for the commercialization of the building was a natural continuation of the implemented changes. JLL, as an experienced and trusted partner, perfectly complements the process of implementing changes in Marynarska Point 2. One of the main changes in the interior redesign process for Marynarska Point 2 was the introduction of green elements in common spaces. „After a very challenging 2020, it is high time for a new opening and a fresh start. The upgraded building, along with all of Marynarska Point 2’s recently introduced changes is not only a response to the needs of the tenants but also a reaction to current market trends.
