The BEM Center office building has been handed over and with it the first tenants have arrived, including the investor and developer Market Asset Management Zrt.
In designing the building complex, the developer took into account several aspects, such as the adaptation to the green vision, with the aim of achieving LEED Gold level. Consequently, solar panels and heat pumps provide a significant part of the energy used by the building, instead of gas and district heating.
In addition to Market Asset Management Zrt, Progress Restaurant Network Ltd., which operates one of the world's largest restaurant chains in Hungary, will also move into BEM Center, and the new Budapest headquarters of Colliers Hungary will also be located here.
