Residential developer Lucron has sold the entire retail part of the Urban Residence project in Bratislava to Slovak group Coopex Hold. After the complete occupation of facilities and their sale, the entire Urban Residence is already in private hands.
Urban Residence is a city housing project that offers apartments, retail space and multifunctional space on Račianská Street in Bratislava. The last building C will be completed in the third quarter of this year. The complex contains 438 apartments with a total area of 34,000 sqm.
The concept of "street retail" brings several smaller establishments available on the street which complement each other.
