Logicor has started the construction of a new logistics park in the Logicor Prague-Průmyslová zone. The park is close to the southern part of the Prague Ring Road connecting the key strategic highways D1 and D11.

The new site will offer 21,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. The first phase of construction is currently underway, involving demolition and earthworks, including installing support pillars. Construction work is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025. The park is served by a rail and bus public transport network, and there is a cycle path nearby.

The project aspires to BREEAM Very Good certification. It includes a photovoltaic power plant, LED lighting, a charging station for electric cars, and intelligent energy consumption measurement.

As of December 2024, Logicor's real estate portfolio included more than 20 million sqm of warehouse space at key transport hubs close to major population centres. The company's headquarters are in London and Luxembourg, it has teams all over Europe.
