Hungarian developer Living has delivered the first phase of the 165-unit Le Jardin residential park in Rozsnyay utca, District 13 of Budapest.

This is one of the first residential developments in Hungary to obtain a BREEAM Very Good certification in the design phase. The sales of homes are under way, with only a few apartments still available.

Thanks to the proximity of Váci út, the project has excellent transport infrastructure, with several routes to the city centre by car and by public transport.

“In this development, using environmentally friendly solutions was extremely important for us: the residential park has an A+ energy rating, heating, cooling and hot water are provided by a heat pump, and a modern ceiling heating system has been installed,” says Tibor Tatár, Head of WING’s residential and office development businesses in Hungary.

The project features community services and smart home solutions as part of the developer’s standards.

The number of apartments delivered since Living's establishment in 2017, including those currently under development, is close to 2,000, with more than 1,500 apartments already sold.
