Linkcity Czech Republic is launching a new residential project called the 4 Domy Brandýs, in the Prague-East district.
The new project with 88 apartments is in the southern part of the city of Brandýs nad Labem. The journey to the Černý Most metro station on the outskirts of Prague takes 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus. The project has a class B energy label, which indicates a very energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building. Sustainability is supported by green roofs, and a relaxation zone with greenery will be created in the courtyard.
The apartments are already on sale, and the expected start date of construction is in the 2nd quarter of 2026. The completion of the new apartments is planned for the end of 2027.
