LiNK Hradec Králové, the first of a number of planned industrial and logistics projects by LinkCity Czech Republic and Cromwell Property Group, has been completed.
The tenants are already moving to the new BREEAM-certified premises. A total of 88% of the park is occupied by Dachser and Gebrüder Weiss. LiNK Hradec Kralove is located in the industrial zone of Pouchov and offers a cross-dock terminal with 8,376 sqm of leasable space. Only 1,300 sqm remains available for rent. Additional property management will be taken over by Cromwell Property Group, the investment and strategic partner of LinkCity.
