The logistics facility will offer a total of 65,000 sqm of industrial and office space in Biatorbágy on the Western outskirts of the Hungarian capital.
Stage I of the park will offer a total of 15,000 sqm of mixed commercial, industrial and logistics space. There will be a warehouse, a showroom, an assembly workshop and a smaller office.
At stage II a further 50,000 sqm complex will be constructed, which is currently in the planning stage. That new building will be adjacent to the first facility.
Hungarian firm LMT Development Kft. will install solar panels on the roofs of the buildings and on the semi-covered parts of the car parks to make the park as independent of wired energy as possible. The energy needed to charge electric cars is also generated by solar panels.
