Belgian real estate developer Liebrecht & wooD has launched the Liziera de Lac residential project near Lake Tatarului, located in Calarasi county, southeast of Bucharest. The first residents will be able to move in Q4 2021.
The first phase of the project will see the construction of 94 houses (77-127 sqm), following a €25 million investment. Upon completion of all phases, the project will include 4,400 homes for 13,000 people on a 25 ha plot.
The complex will also feature a kindergarten, a sports complex with swimming pool and basketball and tennis courts, areas for sports activities, relaxation and leisure. The developer also plans to add a Community Hub with space for coworking, telework and meetings, restaurants and cafes, commercial spaces, a pharmacy and first aid area, a pet shop, bike paths, a promenade around the lake, individual and common parking lots, permanent security and electric car charging stations.
The construction of the Liziera de Lac project started two years ago with the construction of a 5 km access road that connects the road junction on the A2 motorway from Cernica to Frumusani.
