Prudnik Retail Park has changed its owner. The facility was purchased by LCP Properties, which after the completed transaction became one of the 70 commercial properties currently held in the company's portfolio. Thus, the lease area of all the projects managed in Poland by LCP exceeded 260,000 sqm. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.

The Prudnik retail complex is located in Lubrza, at the junction of national roads 40 and 41 at the entrance to the town from the Opole city. It offers the largest retail and service area in the region. It is adjacent to a McDonald's restaurant and a Shell petrol station located next door.

The Retail Park with its food supermarket offers over 8,500 sqm and is 100% commercialised. The single-storey building currently has 13 tenants including: Biedronka (Grocery Shop) , Sinsay, 4F, 50 Style, Pepco, Top Secret, Martes Sport, Pet Shop, Kik, CCC, Smyk, Deichman and Rossmann. The entire facility, together with a car park for 500 cars and additional bicycle spaces made available to visitors, further emphasises the versatility and functionality of the complex. An additional advantage is the planned opening of a construction shop next year, offering a wide range of home and garden products, Bricomarché, which will complement the Park's offer with a DIY service.
