Krausz Palota (Andrássy 12 Office Building) had been privatized in 2011 and since then changed hands several times. Investment fund AEW and asset management company Limehouse Partners teamed up to refurbish the property in 2021. BORD Architects is responsible for the in-depth architectural renovation of the prestigious building.
