BBI Development and Liebrecht & Wood have started the process for selling their city-forming Centrum Praskie Koneser redevelopment project in Warsaw’s Praga district.
The two companies have decided to prepare the strategy for selling the buildings and identifying potential buyers.
The complex, which is situated between ul. Ząbkowska, ul. Markowska, ul. Białostocka and ul. Brzeska, comprises 88,000 sqm of commercial space, including 48,000 sqm of offices (almost entirely leased), 21,800 sqm of retail, services and restaurants (78 pct leased), 7,000 sqm of event space, the Moxy Warsaw Praga hotel and an underground car park for 1,000 vehicles. The project was developed on the 5 ha site of the former Koneser vodka distillery and features several restored historic buildings. It opened in September 2018.
BBI Development is a real estate development company listed on the Stock Exchange since 1997.
