Cavatina Holding has entrusted Knight Frank with the management of the Carbon Tower office building in Wrocław. The building’s leasable floor area totals 19,000 sqm.

Carbon Tower is a Class A office building located in the western, business part of Wrocław. Its distinctive shape starting from the third storey up was built on a triangular plan. Over its 15 above-ground storeys, the facility offers over 19,000 sqm of leasable floor area. The developer made sure so that both motorized users, as well as those preferring two-wheeled vehicles, were satisfied. In the building, as well as in its vicinity, there are numerous amenities, among others: a medical centre, a kindergarten, restaurants and cafés, a fitness club, a shopping centre, recreational areas and shops.
