In 2022, Karimpol Polska signed 11 leases with a total area of nearly 22,200 sqm in Skyliner, its flagship project in Warsaw’s Wola district. The commercialisation of the building has reached 80%. CBRE Poland has brokered the lease of all spaces.

One of the largest spaces in the Skyliner is occupied by Mindspace, a global operator of boutique flex office spaces. Mindspace has leased a total of 4,400 sqm of space in the office building at Rondo Daszyńskiego, which will offer 600 new coworking spaces as early as this spring. This is Mindspace’s second location in Poland and 40th worldwide.

MicroStrategy, DXC Technology, Luxoft and Capital.com have recently been joined by three more brands which decided to open their headquarters here in 2022. The provider of IT solutions for business Onwelo S.A. occupies the 30th floor of the office building (1,500 sqm). Digital Services Poland, the owner of the portal currency.com, has leased twice as much space. Two floors are occupied by iTechArt. The international giant will use a total of 4,500 sqm of space.

Two iconic and well-known brands have also opted for 67 Prosta Street. Coca-Cola Polska and 110 of its employees use nearly 2,400 sqm of space in the Skyliner. The Polish branch of Mattel, the world’s largest toy company, will soon move into 660 sqm of space.

“We are delighted that the Skyliner, the focal point of the dynamically developing district of Wola, is favoured by many internationally known and renowned companies. Our tenants represent very different industries but all of them have found the right place for themselves in our office building. We have leased more than 80 percent of the space and further leases are being negotiated. We are certain that the Skyliner will soon be fully leased,” said Jarosław Prawicki, Executive Director at Karimpol Polska.

The renewable energy company Wento will move into its new offices in Wola this March. It will occupy nearly 1,500 sqm of space. New tenants who have already moved in include Bolt (3,000 sqm), Aon (1,500 sqm), Tarkett (1,000 sqm), and Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z piekarni (Enata Bread, 120 sqm).

The building’s tenants include Booksy, Colonnade Insurance S.A. Branch in Poland and X-Trade Brokers (XTB). The office building also houses the MEET & EAT restaurant belonging to the Nutri Mind Group.

The Skyliner office building is one of the seven tallest buildings in Poland and the latest investment project of the Karimpol Group. It offers 49,000 sq.m. of rentable space on 42 floors. The lowest levels are dedicated to services, retail and food. The Skyliner is BREEAM certified as Excellent and is powered by 100 percent renewable energy sources.
