Student Depot, owned by Kajima Student Housing Limited in partnership with Griffin Real Estate Partners, announced the opening of its first facility in the university city of Gdańsk, Student Depot Kolobrzeska.


Located a short walk from the University of Gdańsk, the brand new eight-story purpose-built dormitory provides accommodation for over 350 students in mainly studio rooms, with a small number of shared and mezzanine rooms. All rooms come with their own private bathroom and kitchenette.

Outside of the private rooms, Student Depot has a variety of communal spaces for students to socialise and relax in, including a communal kitchen and dining room, gym, quiet study areas, multimedia and gaming room, bike storage and laundry facilities. All students can benefit from free fast Wi-Fi, and the on-site staff and 24/7 security provide for a safe and secure environment.

Student Depot, owned by Kajima Student Housing Limited in partnership with Griffin Real Estate Partners, is the largest private student housing operator and developer in Poland. It currently operates over 2,500 beds across Poland in Warsaw, Poznan, Lublin, Wroclaw, Lodz and Gdańsk.  A further 1,500 beds will start on site in this academic year.

In response to COVId-19 measures and for the safety of its residents, Student Depot has made sure all common areas are regularly disinfected and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
