JRD has announced changes in top management positions. Alexandra Tomášková is now a two-time CEO as she will also lead JRD Development in addition to her position as CEO of JRD Land. The current head of this division, Martin Svoboda, continues to lead JRD Group.
Alexandra Tomášková, the former CEO of JRD Land, is the new CEO of JRD Development as of September this year. She will continue in both positions. She takes over the new leadership position from Martin Svoboda, who will continue to lead the JRD Group.
"The two divisions - JRD Land and JRD Development - are closely linked in their focus on land acquisition and sustainable property development. I am therefore confident that I will be able to contribute to their mutual synergy and growth. Thanks to my experience and know-how in the real estate market and my long experience in sustainable development, I now want to focus even more intensively on implementing the principles of healthy and sustainable housing in all JRD Development projects. The company is already a leader in the field of sustainable residential construction, so it is a great challenge for me to participate in its development," says Alexandra Tomášková.
Alexandra Tomášková is the CEO of JRD Land as of February 2022 and previously worked in senior management positions at Red Group, Skanska Property Czech Republic and JLL. In Skanska's commercial division, she was responsible for managing the marketing and leasing of projects known for their emphasis on sustainability, quality architecture, design and a pleasant working environment. In addition, since 2018, she has led the entire Czech and later the Hungarian division. At real estate consultancy JLL, she was responsible for the office sector: she was mainly involved in leasing, workplace strategy, project management and ESG consulting. Alexandra Tomášková is a graduate of Silesian University in Opava, where she studied English Philology. She speaks English, French and German. Her interests include recreational sports (running, skiing, yoga) and travelling.
