JLL has been selected by Immofinanz as the property manager of the Park Postępu office complex in Warsaw. JLL took over management of the building on 1st April 2018.
From the moment of taking over management of Park Postępu, JLL is responsible for providing the full spectrum of services in the area of property management, including maintaining relationships with tenants, handling financial aspects for the investment and conducting technical, operational as well as administrative supervision.
Park Postępu is an office complex consisting of four seven-storey, state-of-the-art buildings offering a total of 34,000 sqm of leasable space.
