Adventum Group has entrusted JLL advisors with the commercialisation of the retail and service section of the Sky Tower multifunctional complex in Wrocław.

Experts from the advisory company JLL will be responsible for the commercialisation of the retail, leisure and entertainment sections of the Sky Tower building in Wrocław, with a total retail and service space of approx. 20,000 sqm.

Responding to users' needs, shopping centres are today undergoing a process of transformation towards centres combining various functions. The integration of retail, service, office, residential and leisure spaces creates an attractive environment not only for living and working but also for spending free time. Attitudes are also changing as to the preferred mix of retail and service units depending on the location and nature of each development.

"Our cooperation with Adventum reflects a significant trend in the retail market, indicating a further need to transform retail facilities into meeting places with a range of amenities by extending, for example, the gastronomic, retail and service and entertainment zones. It is a fact that the market is becoming more mature, and the changes brought about by the pandemic have posed new challenges to the real estate sector, which, in the face of strong competition, favours the modernisation of retail facilities. We are therefore all the more pleased to be able to take part in creating a new commercialisation strategy for Sky Tower’s retail section, focused among other things on providing customers with an interesting shopping, leisure and dining mix while drawing on the architectural potential of the building”, says Agnieszka Olszewska, Senior Director, Retail Agency, JLL.

The over 200-metre-high Sky Tower is Wrocław's first skyscraper and is distinguished by both its excellent location, only 2 km away from the Market Square, as well as its eye-catching architecture. The building is located in the direct vicinity of Powstańców Śląskich Street, a major arterial route in Wrocław that connects the south of the city with the A4 motorway. The location is also well-served by bus and tram lines and is only 1.8 km from Wrocław Główny train station

The retail centre has a wide range of shopping and leisure amenities including bars, cafés and restaurants. The recreation area houses a fitness club, while the entertainment area has a bowling alley, the largest simracing centre in Poland and the Egurrola Dance Studio. A viewing terrace has been opened on the 49th floor from which one can admire the panorama of the western and northern parts of Wrocław. The Sky Tower retail section also has a wide range of service points, including a post office, laundry and travel agency. Sky Tower also has 1,500 parking spaces, an electric vehicle charging station and a city bike station. The total area of the facility is approx. 145,000 sqm.
