JLL Slovakia announced that as of 1st of August, Barbora Dermeková MRICS, has been promoted to Head of Valuation department with overall responsibility for valuation and appraisal services in JLL Slovakia.


Barbora Dermeková (28) joined the Slovak JLL team in 2013 with a main focus on valuations and appraisals of all types of commercial and residential real estates owned by local and international investors, developers and banks. In 2015 she has become a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and later that year she was promoted to Senior Valuer.
 
She holds the Chris H. Bennett CEE Memorial Award – an annual prize in the name of Chris Bennett FRICS, to reward a significant display of professionalism by a successful RICS. Barbora graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and continued her education at the University of Glasgow where she obtained Master´s Degree in Real Estate.

Barbora Dermeková joined the Slovak JLL team in 2013. She is responsible for valuations and appraisals of all types of commercial and residential properties owned by local and international investors, developers and banks. Barbora graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and continued her education at the University of Glasgow, where she obtained a Master´s Degree in Real Estate. In 2017, the Slovak Valuation team secured valuation of over 120 of commercial and residential real estates in Slovakia, in the total amount of more than 5.4 million sqm and the total value exceeding €4.3 billion. Since April 2018, the team grew the number of its RICS professionals to five and currently holds the biggest number of RICS qualified members among its competitors in Slovakia and have the only valuation team in Slovakia that is 100% qualified.
