JLL appointed of Robert Sztemberg as Business Development Director at JLL’s Capital Markets Department, which specializes in providing investment advisory services on commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, from large offices and retail centers to industrial portfolios and hotels.


Robert Sztemberg will be responsible for enhancing relationships and developing JLL’s operations on the entire commercial real estate market. In his new position, he will be directly co-operating with Agata Sekuła, Head of Retail Investment in Central and Eastern Europe, and Tomasz Puch, Head of Office and Industrial Investment.
 
Before rejoining JLL, Robert worked as the head of the Warsaw branch of Berlin Hyp - a German bank that invests in the real estate market – and was responsible for financing projects on both the Polish and Czech real estate commercial markets. Previously, he had served as the Head of Corporate Finance at JLL, focusing efforts on the debt market, including obtaining loans for developers and investors, re-financing debt, as well as representation and consultation for banking entities.
 
Robert Sztemberg has 20 years' experience in investment transactions in the real estate sector and financial markets, in particular in Germany, the CEE region, and Russia. During the course of his career he has also worked for ECE Poland and HSH Nordbank AG. He graduated from management (Business Administration) at the Konstanz University of Applied Sciences.
