Wing entrusted JLL and Cushman & Wakefield real estate agencies with the leasing activities of its 42,000 sqm Liberty office building. The building will be realised next to the new Telekom headquarters and its delivery is expected in 2021.
The office building focuses on environmental consciousness and aims to obtain the BREEAM Very Good certification. Plans include a greenhouse with plants on the top floor as well as a skybar with panoramic views over Buda. The layout of the eight-floor office building will allow the creation of large floorplans too. It can even suit offices of 4,800 sqm on one level. The building can be completed in two phases as well, and it is ideally suited as headquarters for a single company or for multiple tenants.
