A group of investors have acquired 35 one-bedroom apartments in the Central District 4 Elements residential project, developed by Forty Management in the capital’s Titan area, for €3.4 million (excluding VAT). The investors will lease the apartments.
Forty Management will handle the leasing of the apartments. The investors also purchased the developer’s complete furniture proposal for the apartments, along with 35 parking spaces.
Central District 4 Elements is a mixed-use project with 204 apartments and 1,500 sqm of commercial area and it also features a running track on the roof and an outdoor cinema. The green-certified project will be completed this fall.
