Mindspace raises $72 million from institutional investors

US investor Apollo invests €300 million in CPIPG

CPIPG and funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. have agreed upon Apollo’s subscription for new shares for a total amount of €300 million. Subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions, CPIPG expects that the new shares will be issued to the Apollo Funds before the end of 2021, resulting in a stake of about 5.5%.

HIH Invest sells two Polish assets to Czech investor

HIH Invest Real Estate has just sold two HGV service stations in Poland on behalf of an investment fund owned by a German pension scheme and by a foundation. The assets were purchased by Investika, a Czech investment company formed in 2015. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for January 2022.

New leases

  • Logicor has signed a lease extension agreement with Huhtamaki Foodservice. The company occupies 34.6 thousand sqm of warehouse space and 2.7 thousand sqm of office space at Logicor Czeladź logistics park in Silesia (southern Poland). Triflow was involved in the contract extension transaction.
  • The first and only outlet boutique of Marella, an Italian clothing brand belonging to the Max Mara Fashion group, has opened in Designer Outlet Warsaw. The shop occupies an area of 173 sqm.
  • Power Holding financial group has become a tenant of Kraków's K1 office building at the end of 2024. The company took up approximately 230 sqm of office space on the fifth floor of the edifice.

New appointments

  • Jakub Parys rejoins Savills and strengthens the advisory area for office property owners. In the team led by Daniel Czarnecki, the new Associate Director will focus on the commercialisation of office buildings of the key clients.
  • CPI Property Group announced the appointment of Agnieszka Baczyńska, the current Head of Leasing Retail, to the newly created position of Business Excellence Director in Poland. She will be responsible for implementing the operational efficiency strategy and monitoring its progress, as well as supervising projects related to business transformation.
  • Marta Busłajew joined the 7R team as Head of Marketing and Communications, where she will oversee the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies aligned with 7R's growth plans.
