Panattoni Europe is building 90,000 sqm of space across three parks the outskirts of Poznań – in Jaryszki (Panattoni Park Poznań VII), Komorniki (Panattoni Park Poznań IV), and Swadzim (Panattoni Park Poznań IX), with 200,000 sqm more planned. The developer is also investing in Cuiavia-Pomerania. Construction works at Panattoni Park Toruń II with more than 62,500 sqm are about to start in the coming July. The distribution centre will be put into operation as soon as Q1 2020.

Developments in Serbia, the newest country in the CTPark Network, are fully underway. CTP is developing Class A properties around the capital Belgrade and other regional cities to respond to the growing demand in this new CEE business hotspot.

Delticom, an online distributor of tyres and automotive accessories is expanding its operations in CTPark Bratislava. CTP is currently finishing a new 7,000 sqm facility, according to CTP’s energy efficient CTSpace standards. The new facility will be available for move-in at the beginning of September 2019.

Panattoni Europe has laid the cornerstone for the largest logistics centre of Carrefour Poland in the country. It is going to be a BTS facility featuring in excess of 63,600 sqm. The project will be delivered in Central Poland in Rawa Mazowiecka. Completion of construction works is anticipated towards the end of 2019.

During Q1 2019, some 168,300 sqm of warehouse space was completed on the Czech industrial market. In year on year comparison, this was a 20% decrease, but in longer term comparison, the completions level was 25% above 5-year average, according to Colliers International.

Dedeman Group and Element Industrial announce entering into a partnership to jointly invest in the development of Eli Park 1 logistic and industrial project, located in Chitila-Buftea area, which is transforming in a new proximity logistic hub for Bucharest.

The Romanian industrial and logistics market has grown remarkably, in as far as the intensity of both developments and national freight transport is concerned. According to Colliers International, the most active logistics hubs besides Bucharest are Constanta – the easternmost urban centre, Alba – located almost centrally and Timis – the most western county in Romania, as these four markets together account for almost a quarter of the national goods transported in Romania via roads.

Element Industrial announced the development of a 60,000 sqm logistics park in the Romanian city of Craiova. The company will build the €35 million industrial project on an 11-hectare plot of land, near the south ring road of the city, with direct access to the E70 road. The developer plans to deliver ELI PARK Craiova in three phases.

P3 has announced the signing multiannual contract with PepsiCo for the lease of 58,470 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at P3 Mszczonów park. This will be the largest PepsiCo facility in Poland forming concern’s distribution network and operating as a central warehouse. JLL represented the client in this lease transaction.

Panattoni Europe has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Zabrze with planned space of 64,200 sqm. The distribution centre is being built in a historic industrial part of the city, and has already secured its first tenants. They are – a beer producer set to take up 5,400 sqm and Ban-Food, a logistics operator with 2,200 sqm. The first 20,000 sqm will be available already this autumn.
