The international investment fund Indotek Group has sold the Bokserska Office Center office building in Warsaw. The buyer is Enter Air, a Polish charter airline, which plans to move its headquarters to the purchased building. The price has not been revealed.
The six-storey Bokserska Office Center building, located in Mokotów, offers approximately 6,600 sqm of net lettable space. Built by Ghelamco in 2001, the building has a total of approximately 180 parking spaces.
"The purchase of the new premises is a natural step if the Enter Air group's development in Poland. Due to the type of business, the key selection factor was the location close to Warsaw's Chopin Airport and the standard of the space offered. Bokserska Office Centre fits the needs of our organisation, providing us not only with the possibility of satisfying our current needs but also a buffer for further development of our company", comments Marcin Kubrak, COO at Enter Air.
Enter Air has a fleet of more than 40 aircraft serving destinations in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
"The transaction is part of Indotek Group's strategy to adapt its managed property portfolio to current market dynamics. We are delighted to have secured Enter Air as a buyer who will maintain the current office function of the Bokserska Office Center building", notes Philip Wood, international expansion director at Indotek Group.
Indotek's legal advisor on the transaction was the Warsaw team of Greenberg Traurig.
