Romanian development company IMPACT Developer & Contractor has raised €8 million from a bond sale that targeted institutional investors. The bonds have a maturity of 48 months and the proceeds from transaction will be used to finance current operations and new residential investments.
Each bond has a nominal value of €100,000 and all were allotted to institutional investors -a consortium of several investment funds, which assets are managed by CVI Dom Maklerski sp. z o.o. The Polish company under business name CVI Trust sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Warsaw, is acting as a security administrator.
The new developments backed by the bond funding include - Greenfield Copou, Boreal Plus Phase 2 and Greenfied Teilor Phases 4 & 5.
The company’s shares were up 0.73% to 0.27 lei on Monday closing session on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
