Revenues of Impact Developer & Contractor totalled €42.3 million in 2020, up 28% year-on-year, driven by higher residential sales for its Bucharest-based projects.
The Romanian developer sold 368 apartments (30,864 sqm built), in Greenfield Băneasa complex and the upper-class compound Luxuria Residence located in the Expoziției area. The company also concluded presale and reservation contracts for another 199 housing units worth €24.5 million that will be converted into revenues throughout 2022.
In 2020, Impact kicked off the construction of a new residential complex in Constanța and acquired land for a new housing project in Iași.

The developer is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and had a market capitalization of more than €102 million at the end of 2020.
