Romanian company Impact Developer & Contractor recorded sales of 90.3 million lei (€18.5 million) for 110 residential units in the first half of 2022, up 45% compared to the same period of last year.
At present, the company has concluded 177 new pre-sales of RON 132.4 million (€27.2 million), having on June 30 pre-sale contracts and reservation for 618 units, worth RON 363.1 million (€74.2 million).
The developer recorded a gross profit of RON 35.2 million (€7.2 million) in H1, up 64% versus the same period last year.
”We adapted quickly to the new geopolitical context and managed to maintain a good pace of sales and pre-sales. Real estate remained one of the safest investment options and clients who wanted to secure their capital chose Impact projects because of the quality and sustainability of the developments,” said Constantin Sebeșanu, the developer’s CEO.
At the end of June, the company’s land bank covered 89.4 hectares with an EPRA estimated at 786.5 million lei (€161.6 million).
Shares in BVB were down 2.2% to 0.44 lei on Tuesday morning trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
