Romania's Impact Contractor & Developer says it recorded sales of RON 39.3 million (€7.9 million) in the first quarter of 2021, up 71% year-on-year, due to higher demand in the residential market.
The company sold 62 residential units, of which 76% are in Luxuria Residence, the premium project located in northern Bucharest. Impact also concluded pre-sale contacts and reservations for another 226 apartments worth 125.9 million (€25.5 million) in Bucharest and Constanța-based projects.
In Q1, the developer focused on the fourth development phase of Greenfield Băneasa with the first 544 apartments, while completing the last 130 apartments of Luxuria Residence. Also, it continued the construction works on the first 209 apartments and 18 villas within Boreal Plus residential compound in Constanța.
The company also kicked off the permitting process for developing its first residential project in Iași. The project will feature energy-efficient technologies, reflecting Impact’s development strategy that focuses on higher sustainability scores for its future investments.
