Ingka Group has just opened another IKEA store in Szczecin, with an area of almost 30,000 sqm. The company claims that it will be the last store of that size in Poland.

I hope that we will inspire customers in Szczecin and the entire region to a better, more healthy life at home. 2021 is an exceptional year. for IKEA in Poland, because we are celebrating the 60th anniversary of our operation in Poland, so I am all the more happy that we are opening a new IKEA store in Szczecin right now ", said Karin Sköld, president and general director of sustainable development at IKEA Retail Polska.

The Ingka Group in Poland currently has twelve IKEA stores and sixty-four IKEA Order Collection Points (including Mobile Points and stores), which are managed by IKEA Retail. It also owns five shopping centers managed by Ingka Centers Polska and the Distribution Center located in Jarostach near Piotrków Trybunalski, supplying 32 IKEA stores on 11 markets. The Ingka Group also includes six wind farms in Poland.
