Four buildings of the Wiśniowy Business Park changed hands as the Hungarian company obtained the properties from Netherlands-based seller Cherry MidCo B.V. This is Appeninn's first acquisition outside Hungary.

The office buildings “C”, “D”, “E” and “F” offer 39,534 sqm of modern office space and 1,272 parking lots. All facilities went on refurbishment in 2017. Major tenants include local and international companies such as Bank Pekao S.A., Johnson&Johnson Poland Sp. Z O.O., Janssen-Cilag Polska Sp. Z O.O. and National Westminster Bank Plc.

This transaction is an important step towards the diversification of Appeninn's portfolio. The holding reiterated that more acquisitions and refurbishments would follow to develop its core business portfolio.
