"After the shock felt at the beginning of the crisis in the neighboring country, when demand fell sharply on a highly emotional background, the residential market has recovered in the last 3 weeks, so that demand is back to the pre-February 24 level. Against the backdrop of increased demand and rising construction costs, we expect apartment prices to continue this upward trend," said Daniel Crainic, Marketing Director of Imobiliare.ro.
On the Brașov market, prices were up by 2.8% to €1,556 per sqm, while in Constanța they rose by 1.2% to €1,451 per sqm.
