Hilton decided to open six new DoubleTree by Hilton hotels in Europe, including two in CEE: one in Budapest and one in Brasov.
These six hotels are strategically located and mark an entry for Hilton into new destinations.
DoubleTree by Hilton Budapest Buda Hills Hotel and Residences will be situated in a prime neighbourhood on the Buda side of the capital of Hungary. The hotel is expected to open in 2023 and will operate under a franchise agreement with Rupphegyi Kft., a Hungarian real estate development and management company.
In Romania, DoubleTree by Hilton Brasov City Centre is set to launch as the first Hilton hotel in this important regional city. The property is scheduled to open in 2024 and will operate under a management agreement between Hilton and Crown Venus Residence Estate SRL.
DoubleTree is Hilton’s fastest-growing full-service brand, with 37 hotels expected to open in Europe in the next five years.
