Hilton Garden Inn project will be carried out through an extensive reconstruction of the historic Dacia Hotel building, located in the historic centerl. The transformation will involve expanding and modernizing the structure to meet Hilton standards. The grand opening of the newly renovated hotel is anticipated for 2026, according to invest.gov.md. 

The local investment in the franchise project starts with an initial allocation of €5 million, with projections to reach €10-12 million in the coming years.
