The Hungarian subsidiary of Transdanubia, a leading international logistics provider has secured 24,000 sqm of industrial space in the PT3 building of the Hellopark Páty mega park, developed by Futureal Group subsidiary HelloParks. The new tenant is expected to move in at the end of 2024.

This is the biggest lease contract concluded at that logistics centre. Some office space is also included in the deal.

Futureal said that Transdanubia would join other large firms such as DM and Gebrüder Weiss already placed in the 42,000 sqm PT3 building. Construction of PT3 will begin shortly and will take place under the rules of the BREEAM system.

Several green solutions will serve the needs of tenants, including smart-ready lamps and e-chargers for cars, vans and trucks.
