Beverages maker Heineken Romania will relocate its HQ to a new building under development in northern Bucharest. The company will occupy 3,200 sqm, similar to the surface it has leased in the S-Park project, owned by Immofinanz, according to profit.ro.
Heineken Romania is moving its HQ for the first time in 15 years. A representative of the company said the health crisis has reshaped the work arrangements and more flexibility will be needed for the office space.
Heineken is moving to the new office project called The Muse that is being developed by Primavera Development and real estate consultancy Griffes. The project is slated for delivery in 2023 following an investment of around €16 million.
