Heimstaden has introduced 284 new, fully equipped apartments to the Warsaw rental market, as part of the second stage of the Bokserska project. The first tenants will move in March of 2023.
The Bokserska estate is located in the southwestern part of the Mokotów district of Warsaw. The investment is part of the Moko Botanika complex, which was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates.
The first stage of the project, with 146 housing units, was offered to tenants in the third quarter of 2022. The second stage features 284 apartments, which will be successively added to the offer and handed over to tenants. All units have been equipped with furniture and household appliances. Tenants will also receive access to high-speed Internet, a service team and immediate assistance in case of any emergency.
Izabela Stańczak, Head of Letting at Heimstaden Poland, commented: "With a total of 430 high-quality rental apartments, Bokserska is Heimstaden’s flagship investment in the Polish market. Our portfolio includes both smaller units, dedicated to young professionals, as well as three- and four-room apartments, designed for families with children. We offer our customers simple, transparent, and safe tenancy agreements. As we run regular customer satisfaction surveys, we know that one of the elements our tenants appreciate is the convenient and multifunctional character of Bokserska’s neighbourhood, with almost all key services available next door, without any need to waste time commuting".
In 2022, Heimstaden offered in Warsaw 282 apartments as part of two projects: Bokserska and Grzybowska. In 2023 the company is going to launch two more projects in Warsaw (Komitetu Obrony Robotników and Mińska), as well as one in Kraków (Orlińskiego). By the end of 2023, Heimstaden will have an offer of 947 rental apartments in Poland.
