Facility management company B+N Referencia Zrt. will move into the Agora Budapest office complex, developed by HB Reavis, this autumn.
The 6,000+ employees of B+N Referencia Zrt. will occupy five floors of the Agora Tower building, on nearly 4,000 square meters. The company currently operates in several offices across the city and wants to increase efficiency by moving into one building.
With this new tenant, the occupancy rate of the first phase of Agora Budapest reached 85% and the vacant office space decreased to 7,000 square meters.
