HB Reavis has just obtained the occupancy permit for Forest tower, one of its flagship investments that is almost fully leased. With fit-out works now in progress in the 55,000 sqm Tower, the campus offers its full complement of 78,000 sqm GLA.

The building's green credentials include awards from the Polish Green Building Council, BREEAM and WELL, with HRA Architekci’s design employing solutions that reduce its carbon footprint and maximise resources, including an energy-efficient façade and rainwater re-use system.

Located opposite Westfield Arkadia, the campus enjoys good public transport links, with the Warszawa Powązki commuter rail and Dworzec Gdański metro station less than a 10-minute walk away.

Forest’s current roster of tenants includes Leroy Merlin, Infor PL, PUMA, AmeriGas, Husqvarna, Vorwerk, Sweco, Enel-med, Ala ma kota kindergarten and Goraco Polecam bakery.
