The HelloParks Fót warehouse project developed by Hungarian firm Futureal Group will consist of several buildings on the northern outskirts of Budapest. More than fifty percent of the first, already-open phase is now leased.
The first warehouse offers 45,000 sqm of modern industrial space. Tenants have started to move in and negotiations with potential tenants are at an advanced stage for the remaining available space. The next building will have 26,000 sqm and has reached its final height recently. When completed the total leasable area of the park will reach 330,000 sqm. Companies representing light industry and distribution already expressed their intention to lease spaces there.
HelloParks proceeds with other logistics projects along the M0 ring road surrounding Budapest. In Maglód, the second 45,000 sqm building will soon reach its highest point and it is expected to be handed over by the end of this year. Meanwhile, groundworks for the first phase are also underway in Páty with a 58,000 sqm modern warehouse and manufacturing area. It is going to provide 400,000 sqm GLA, the project will be developed in several phases on a site of more than 100 hectares.
