Growthpoint Properties, a South African REIT, has agreed to subscribe for shares in Griffin Premium RE (GPRE). The company is to invest between €120 million and €150 million.
GPRE has agreed to allocate to Growthpoint no more than 30 percent of its diluted share capital.
GPRE was recently rebranded as Globalworth Poland after Globalworth acquired a 71.7 percent majority stake in the company.
