The Greenfield Plaza shopping centre, which is located in the Greenfield Băneasa project developed by Impact Developer & Contractor has obtained the BREEAM Excellent certification following the evaluation carried out by BuildGreen.
With a market value of over €25 million, the mixed-use project has an area of 14,001 sqm, covering retail, wellness and office functions. Its occupancy rate exceeds 90%.
“Our goal is to have a positive impact on both the environment and society by developing green buildings,” said Constantin Sebeșanu, CEO of Impact Developer & Contractor.
The roof of the wellness club is fitted with solar panels, which cover about 70% of the energy needed to heat domestic water and swimming pools. Moreover, 25% of the electricity needed for the commercial gallery is provided by photovoltaic panels.
