Warsaw office building Wspólna 47/49 has been awarded a BREEAM IN-USE International certificate. It received an “Excellent” rating in Asset Performance and a “Very Good” rating in Building Management. The scheme is owned by CA Immo and Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager.

Wspólna 47/49 is a small-scale office building located in downtown Warsaw. Completed in 2000, the eight-floor building provides 14,200 sqm, of which more than half is office space, and a three-level underground car park with 131 parking spaces. Its standard technical features include raised floors, a modernized ventilation system with individual zone controls, openable windows, a green roof, a bicycle parking facility and a round-the-clock reception desk. 
 
Wspólna 47/49 is located near Marszałkowska Street, Warsaw’s major thoroughfare, providing direct access to tram and bus lines and a metro station. 
 
An independent BREEAM audit of Wspólna 47/49 was conducted by Sweco Consulting Sp. z o.o.
