The new warehouse of C. Hartwig Gdynia S.A. is located at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk. The company has leased approx. 5,050 sqm of warehouse space and approx. 150 sqm of office space. The logistics centre is owned by Goodman, which is currently in the process of selling its properties to GLP Group.

“As an important part of our client’s business is related to the operations of ports and container handling, we were looking for a warehouse that would be the closest to the Gdańsk Deepwater Container Terminal. In addition, other administrative benefits connected with the location of the Pomeranian Logistics Centre were the decisive factors for locating the new warehouse in this logistics park,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
